These parameters can be updated by Governance.

Minimum Collateral Ratio (MCR) = set individually for each collateral type, with a minimum of125%

Liquidation Reserve Fee = 10.00 LSDC

Minimum Redemption Fee = 0.5%

Minimum Minting Fee = 0.5%

Minimum Borrow Amount = 500 LSDC
